My name is Lachlan and I gave up smoking at the age of 37. I had actually been giving up for around 15 years, often for long periods of 1-2 years, but I always went back to the crutch of my cigarette.
Something changed in me when I quit for good, something that made me certain I had quit permanently.
After I stopped smoking I realised I wanted to share this with others, and try to help as many people as I could to make this change and choose life over cigarettes.
I hope that if you are thinking about giving up smoking that you will join this very supportive community and share your experiences. If you have already stopped smoking then I hope you will also share your story and help others to quit.
